Front 9 not to hilly but requires you hit the fairways. Ponds and wetlands are well placed to keep it challenging. The back 9 presents a whole different picture. Up hill, down hill with ponds and bunkers everywhere. The greens are like plush pile carpet, but don't believe all the brakes you read into a putt. Most over read the brakes. A great challenge at a reasonable price.

I call this a target course. GPS in the carts helps, but on many holes you are up or down hill and you had better pay attentions to your club selection. The course winds through some homes, but the fairways are wide. Greens very in speed and can be trickey to read. Overall a very nice course at a resonable price.

The course is not real long or difficult, but you never seem to have a level stance. Very hilly and in summer fairways get a little dry and hard. Overall its a good challenge for the money.

There is no driving range for those who like to warm up. The course is always in excellent condition as are the greens. Its hard to find a more beautiful setting in southern california. Green fees are very reasonable and the staff helpful. Discounts can be found. Late summer and fall it can get into the mid 80s, but the course is playable year round.
