Château des Forges is situtated in the Poitou region on the border between the Vienne and Deux-Sèvres departement. The three nine-hole courses are laid out on hilly terrain with trees and water hazards. The Blue course measuring 3,183 metres/3,481 yards, is characterized by tree-lined holes, the White course measuring 3,224 metres/5,526 yards, has many water hazards, and the the Red course measuring 3,217 metres/3,518 yards, is a very suitable course for beginners who can make progress without stress and for experienced golfers who can test their skills at the 4th, a par 5. The clubhouse welcomes visitors in a warm atmosphere.
